故事描述杰西卡(德汪达·怀斯 DeWanda Wise 饰)带着家人回到老家时，发现了她小时候的熊布偶「巧芯」，而她的继女爱丽丝(派珀·布劳恩 Pyper Braun 饰)很快就跟这个 布偶变得形影不离，然而，随着爱丽丝跟巧芯玩的游戏内容越来越疯狂，杰西卡才意识到它可能不是单纯的熊布偶……
